With a successful career in mortgages, ownership of an insurance agency, and experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in Corporate America, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. She is dedicated to guiding and inspiring others on their journeys to success and is committed to helping them achieve their full potential.

However, Diane’s journey to success wasn’t always smooth. In 2005, she found herself with a mortgage business that was no longer profitable and massively in debt. The failing real estate and mortgage markets at the time meant that Diane had to reevaluate everything she was doing and how she was doing it. She was determined to not let her debt take over her life and made a commitment to work hard, take massive action, find the right mentors, and help others change their lives too.

Diane’s journey of self-discovery and growth led her to the teachings of Napoleon Hill and other key mentors, who have played a significant role in her life and success. She is a certified leader through the Napoleon Hill Foundation and co-author of the book “The Amazing Adventures of Oliver Hill,” bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience to others. Diane has also written several other books and trainings on mindset and retirement, including “Hidden Money Secrets,” and offers daily coaching opportunities to help others become their best in life.

In 2006, Diane founded the Lampe Company with a mission to help families across America with clear programs and products that meet their needs, goals, and budget.
